PxD is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and organized person to join a high-performing, flexible, and non-hierarchical team as a Product Manager. The successful candidate will own the overall application initiative of eMitra and the associated user experience, and co-lead a cross-functional team of partners (devs, designers, architects), researchers, and policymakers involved in building various components of the application across all phases.

We think that people with a variety of backgrounds could be a good fit for this role, including engineering managers. Qualification and experience in the following domains would also be useful (but isn't required):
- Science or engineering related discipline
- Marketing, Business Administration, or Entrepreneurship
- Service design, UX, and user engagement
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Be the user and stakeholder advocate - capturing user stories and understanding the user needs
- Work with technical architects to understand the non-functional requirements, constraints, and limitations of functionality and features, agree and compromise on the stage of MVPs
- Translate the user stories into features and functionality and manage expectations on what is realistic and feasible.
- Create and own the product roadmap, prioritize product releases, manage quarterly timelines & output quality, and define outcomes
- Scope out the product requirements and development strategy to achieve the defined goals
- Translate product vision into detailed Product Requirement Document (P.R.D) for design & prototyping
- Communicate and coordinate the PRD for the UI/UX, AI Research & S/W Development teams
- Assign ownership of tasks and responsibilities for each feature in the roadmap
- Develop high-level requirements, both experiential and functional, for existing and new iterations/use cases of the application
- Closely and routinely coordinate with engineering, program/operations, consulting, marketing partners, as well as government stakeholders for inputs, knowledge gathering, feedback, and issue resolution
- Stay on top of application monitoring, metrics, bugs, edge cases, new features, user experience, and feedback management, and align the teams around the same
- Conduct moderated and unmoderated user interviews and feedback sessions through multiple modes, to help the ministry build a holistic view of application performance and areas of improvement
