About the job

We are hiring a Product Manager, Internal Tooling & Revenue Operations to own the systems, data models, and automation that power our go-to-market engine.

This is a multi-faceted role, combining Product Management strategy with hands-on development to build and evolve our internal revenue infrastructure. You will operate at the intersection of RevOps, data architecture, and internal product development, building the infrastructure that allows Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute with speed and precision. You will define the roadmap, design the operating model, and personally prototype solutions.

Think: PM + RevOps architect + AI-enabled builder

What You’ll Own

Manage Feature Suggestions and Internal Roadmap

Define and manage the internal product roadmap, synthesizing user feature suggestions and prioritizing the backlog to deliver the highest impact features for the organization. Lead-to-Cash Architecture

Design and evolve the end-to-end revenue workflow — from inbound lead to closed-won to renewal — across Salesforce, product data, and billing systems.

Internal Product Development

Ship internal tools that eliminate manual work for GTM teams. Prototype rapidly using Retool,

SQL, APIs, and AI-assisted coding tools.

Data Models & Source-of-Truth

Define canonical data models for pipeline, CAC, LTV, retention, and forecasting. Ensure executive dashboards reflect reality, not stitched spreadsheets.

Automation & AI Enablement

Deploy AI agents and workflow automation to handle repetitive RevOps tasks such as enrichment, routing, hygiene, and reporting.

Systems Integration

Own data flow between product, CRM, marketing automation, and finance. Ensure reliability, observability, and scalability as we grow.

Build vs Buy Strategy

Evaluate SaaS tooling versus internal builds. Optimize for speed, flexibility, and long-term leverage.

What Success Looks Like

● GTM teams spend less time updating systems and more time selling

● Leadership and internal stakeholders have real-time, trusted revenue metrics

● New GTM processes can be launched in days, not months

● Manual RevOps workload decreases quarter over quarter

● Internal tools become a competitive advantage, not a cost center

Qualifications

● 4+ years in Product Management, RevOps, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company

● Hands-on Salesforce or HubSpot architecture experience (custom objects, flows, permissions, automation)

● Strong SQL + data modeling skills

● Experience building internal tools (Retool, custom apps, scripts, or similar)

● Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, custom middleware)

● Experience working with large, messy GTM datasets

● Proven ability to ship operational systems end-to-end

● Experience applying LLMs / AI agents to operational workflows

● Required to work for US East Coast Hours

Nice to Have

● Experience applying LLMs / AI agents to operational workflows

● Experience owning RevOps analytics & forecasting

● Background in engineering, analytics, or technical consulting

Why This Role Matters

For us, internal tooling is a first-class product. You’ll have executive sponsorship, technical freedom, and budget to experiment. If done right, the systems you build will directly impact revenue velocity, sales efficiency, and company valuation.

This is a rare chance to build the revenue operating system from scratch — with AI in the loop from day one.
