Job description:
As a Product Manager – Clinical Adoption at Qure, you will play a pivotal role in defining the next-gen AI-powered healthcare. You will work closely with medical practitioners, scientists, engineers & designers to craft experiences that assimilate AI seamlessly with radiology. You will define use cases & drive product market fit for them.
As an Adoption PM, your role will be more focussed on driving scale & adoption for products externally & Lear all the teams working towards the goal.
This includes evidence generation, regulatory approvals, defining & creating marketing & pitch collaterals, and collaborating with multiple internal & external stakeholders.
You will define success metrics while driving a team of scientists, clinicians, researchers, business development & other teams, to execute, assess, learn and iterate towards a state-of-the-art solution. We expect this candidate will be the orchestrator for our ideas.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize & launch AI-first healthcare products
- Own divisions of existing product portfolio
- Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Align teams on a shared vision and drive execution
- Create & lead documentation around user requirements & build roadmaps
- Conduct user interviews, competitive research, and strategic analysis
- Champion communication - for product use cases, white papers, and blogs
- Create product pitch decks, user manuals, FAQ documents & more.
- Measure KPIs that matter - data driven to monitor utilization and feature uptake
Skills and Expertise:
- Clinicians-turned-Product Managers
- MBBS degree is a must, MD Radiology preferable
- Prior experience in software product management
- Data driven analytical approach & problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication – both oral & written
- Wizardry in documentation and pitch decks
- 2+ years of working experience in technology, preferably health technology
- Ability to collaborate with researchers, designers, engineers, clinicians & clients with equal ease
- Product leadership experience specially in the health tech domain
- Demonstrated passion for AI
- Experience with PM productivity tools (JIRA, Figma, Google Analytics, etc.)
