Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
Solid understanding of design and UX principles. Experience with Figma is a plus.
Ability to generate developer-ready specifications starting from ideas with a broad ambiguity.
Proven experience with A/B testing and iterative design processes.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, Python.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate and visualize design and functional decisions.
