Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product strategy and roadmap. Develop a deep understanding of customer experiences, identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
Product Development: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market solutions.
Market & Customer Insight: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market gaps. Stay abreast of competitive conditions and develop a keen understanding of customer experiences.
Performance Metrics: Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Agile Practices: Utilize agile methodologies to continuously improve and iterate on product features.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven work experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or similar role in fintech or a related industry.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
Deep understanding of customer experience, with a user-first approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent teamwork skills, ability to manage, interpret, and influence cross-functional teams.
