Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify user needs and market opportunities.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
2. Product Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and establish product milestones.
- Drive the product development process, including wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and iterative design.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Conduct regular product reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
3. Product Launch and Adoption:
- Plan and execute successful product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product messaging and sales collateral.
- Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and identify product enhancements and optimization opportunities.
- Drive user adoption and engagement through effective communication, training, and customer support strategies.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a product evangelist and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Education).
- Proven experience (12+ Years) as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the educational technology industry.
- Strong understanding of educational technology trends, learning theories, and instructional design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to translate market and user insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, user-centered design, and lean startup principles.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
