Job Title: Product Manager - super.money Breeze

Location: Bengaluru, India | Type: Full-Time


About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to scale super.money Breeze - our 1-click checkout and merchant conversion platform. You will own the product lifecycle across checkout UX, 3P platform integrations, merchant tooling, MarTech, and direct merchant discovery.


Key Responsibilities:

● Biz-Product Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Business Growth

teams to translate enterprise merchant pipelines into prioritised product roadmaps.

● 3P Integrations & Ecosystem: Lead discussions with third-party partners (CRMs, loyalty

platforms, marketing automation engines) to build out seamless native integrations for Breeze.

● Merchant Feedback & Calls: Conduct regular merchant discovery calls and interviews to identify

UX friction, billing issues, and missing ecosystem capabilities.

● 1-Click Checkout UX: Design zero-redirection checkout flows, pre-filled address engines, and

COD-to-prepaid conversion nudges.

● FinOps & Merchant Billing: Build automated settlement, billing, and invoicing workflows

integrated with Zoho Books.

● Merchant CRM & Retention: Drive merchant lifecycle management, onboarding flows, and

automated engagement via Zoho CRM.

● AdTech & Marketing Pixels: Integrate and manage server-side/client-side marketing pixels (Meta

Pixel, Google Tag Manager, CAPI) for attribution and tracking.


Requirements:

● 1+ years of PM experience in Fintech, E-commerce SaaS, Payment Gateways, or Checkout

Platforms.

● 3P Integration & Partnership Experience: Track record of driving technical and commercial

discussions with external partners (CRMs, loyalty programs, SaaS platforms).

● Business Acumen & Merchant Focus: Strong ability to bridge business/sales needs with product

execution; comfortable getting on raw discovery calls with merchants weekly.

● Hands-on Domain Knowledge:

○ FinOps Tools: Experience with Zoho Books (or accounting/billing systems).

○ CRM Platforms: Experience with Zoho CRM (or merchant management workflows).

○ Marketing Tech: Solid grasp of marketing pixels, conversion tracking APIs, and analytics

setup.


Technical Depth: Comfortable evaluating 3P APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and payment gateway
