Product Manager at Syook

A day in your role will involve any of the following (or a combination):

• Engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand core business problems and develop customer personas and use case requirements.
• Capture, document, and distill feedback from customers and prospects to continually steer product development.
• Continually develop and refine the roadmap for our Enterprise IoT platform
• Work closely with designers and engineering teams spanning hardware, firmware and data science to execute on our product vision and deliver a first-class user experience, while also pushing the envelope on new technology opportunities in the product space.
• Collaborate closely with sales and customer success to build and maintain close customer relationships and ensure success.
• Partner with product marketing to develop launch plans and product positioning and messaging.
• Manage the projects with the engineering team and ensure things are delivered on time This list is not exhaustive at all, and you'll have a lot of autonomy over your work.

What would make you a strong fit

Three years of proven success in defining and delivering market-leading, secure, scalable B2B SaaS products and services to enterprise and/or government customers, internationally. Experience with Industrial IoT is a plus. We’re ideally looking for someone who wants to work with us for a long term so that you get to grow and contribute meaningfully.

Engineering or other technical educational background that makes you able to understand and have discussions with engineers on complex technical architectures, challenges and tradeoffs.

Familiar with marketing tools (e.g., SendinBlue, Wix)

Fluent with business systems and tools (e.g., JIRA, Freshdesk, Slack, Excel / Sheets, Powerpoint / Slides , Mixpanel)

Familiar with wireframing and UI designing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, figma, whimsical)

Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
