Role and Responsibility Details:

Project/Program/Delivery Management - End-to-end delivery of development projects from inception to closing.

Review of technical design, documentation and architecture.

Perform project planning, delivery, change management, risk management, release management, and deployment to ensure technical standards and business needs are met, stakeholder management.

Participate in software development lifecycle with requirements, solution design, development, testing, and support using agile methodologies.

Creating WBS, resource management, project metric capture and analysis.

Recruitment, identifying training needs and planning for it performance appraisal.

Manage multiple cross functional teams (UX, BA, Dev, QA) driving timely deliverable of project milestones.

Involvement in RFI, RFP, RFQ, evaluation of technical approach, efforts estimation, creation of Proposals, SOW, SLAs.

Invoicing triggers and providing data Budget/ revenue... projection.

Involvement in ISO, CMMI Audit.
