Product Manager at TEKsystems

Job Responsibilities:

· Work closely with customers/end users to map out the high value problem, requirements, and create value chain diagram per customer scenarios. Drive end-to-end solutioning and value delivery.

· Translate the customer requirements into Product Requirement Document (PRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)

· Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

· Drive development of apps on SaaS software platform with cross-functional teams consisting of project managers, process engineers, system engineers, algorithm engineers, software programmers and UI/UX designers, across different region/time zone.

• Manage prioritization and trade-offs between end user experience and performance.
• Assist in market analysis and competitive intelligence analysis. Support end-to-end strategic and operational product roadmap implementation for in-house software and SaaS products.

· Assist in providing R&D with Voice of Customer (VOC) input and alpha/beta testing results for product development strategies.

· Prepare software product introduction, lead the training, manage the adoption with customer.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a product manager of data focused software solutions in the manufacturing domain.
• Software system design is required.
• Proven track record of distilling clear requirements from problem statements of varying ambiguity.
• Experience managing challenges that arise in product development and delivery – timelines, technical risks, and market dynamics – with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of building and deploying data infrastructure is a plus.
• Data analytics skills and image processing software development skills are plus.
• Hardware or process engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar field is a plus.
• Batchelor’s Degree in quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering). Master’s Degree is a plus.
