Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with TTT Academy's mission and goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
  • Feature Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features, requirements, and specifications.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user impact, business goals, and resource constraints.
  • User Experience: Work closely with design and development teams to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience for TTT Academy's audience.
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions, optimize features, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, content, and technology teams to align product development with overall business strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed about product updates, milestones, and enhancements.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 2+ years of product management experience (prior ed-tech experience is a plus)
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable product plans.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion: A genuine passion towards products and platforms, with a commitment to improving the learning experience for our students.
