Feature Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features, requirements, and specifications.
Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user impact, business goals, and resource constraints.
User Experience: Work closely with design and development teams to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience for TTT Academy's audience.
Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions, optimize features, and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, content, and technology teams to align product development with overall business strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed about product updates, milestones, and enhancements.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Experience: 2+ years of product management experience (prior ed-tech experience is a plus)
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable product plans.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
