About the role


Position OverviewWe are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of solutions built on CCH Tagetik. This role bridges finance, technology, and business operations, ensuring that our corporate performance management platform supports strategic decision-making and delivers measurable value.

You will be responsible for


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Tagetik-based solutions.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into product features.
  • Prioritize requirements and manage the backlog of enhancements, integrations, and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of new features and system upgrades.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and user satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with Tagetik product updates, industry trends, and regulatory requirements (IFRS, US GAAP, ESG reporting, etc.).
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Tagetik, guiding stakeholders on best practices and capabilities.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses for new initiatives.
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or financial systems management, with direct exposure to Tagetik or similar CPM tools.
  • Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

  • Preferred SkillsHands-on experience with Tagetik configuration and reporting.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and data integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based CPM solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in ESG and regulatory reporting.
