Product Manager at Vumonic Datalabs

Key Responsibilities

• Manage roadmap for 2 early-stage SAAS products in the e-commerce/email marketing/competitive intelligence space
• Coordinate with business and tech teams to deliver product features
• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set realistic timelines
• Perform quality assurance controls on products
• Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
• Liaise with the marketing department for proper advertisement and positioning of new products
• Monitor and report on users’ responses to the product post-launch
• Create support and training documents for internal and external users
• Manage the SAAS product's bug and feature implementation efficiently to ensure high product quality and user satisfaction
• Conduct user studies and comprehensive market research to gather insights for product development and enhancement

Requirements

• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle, specifically for SaaS products
• Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and effective marketing strategies
• Understanding of product management tools
• Experience with various web technologies & strong time management
• 2 or more years of working experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
