Product Manager at XnY Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's mission and vision, and ensures the long-term growth and success of our digital sexual health and wellness products.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition within the sexual health and wellness industry. Use insights to inform product decisions.
• Product Development: Collaborate with design, engineering, and content teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute new features and product enhancements.
• Product Roadmap: Define and maintain a clear product roadmap, including feature prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Product Launch: Coordinate product launches, including marketing strategies, communication plans, and user training materials.
• User Feedback: Gather user feedback through surveys, user testing, and data analysis to iterate on product improvements continuously.
• Data Analysis: Monitor product metrics and performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize user engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and ensure that our products comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and sales teams to align product development efforts with business goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree with background in medical field is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields
• Proven track record in product management, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or consumer tech industry.
• Deep understanding of digital product development processes, including agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and inclusive approach to product design and development.
• Familiarity with privacy and security concerns related to sexual health data is a plus.
• Passion for promoting sexual health and wellness and reducing stigma in this area.
