Product Management:
Deliver exceptional end-to-end implementation of mobile banking solutions – understanding & representing client needs, developing competitive analysis, defining the vision, stakeholder management, capabilities prioritization and post-release analysis.
Execute product roadmap and manage end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to deployment including journey flow, features, user stories etc. using an AGILE methodology.
Identify product features catering to user needs for the new mobile banking app & aigning with multiple stakeholders to define product requirements in line with the major business objectives.
Develop PRDs & user stories around the required features in specific formats & aligning stakeholders around the vision for the app.
Develop process flows, User interaction models & closely work with UI/UX designers for wireframes/visual designs
Plan sprints & deliverables with a focus on timely delivery of features as per the desired acceptance criteria.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders and teams - Technology partners, in-house Technology, Digital Solutions, Credit, Risk,
Legal, Compliance, Operations and Business teams, for driving the timely launch of products/features
Collaborate across the Digital Product team to gather requirements for regular feedback.
Monitoring channel performance in terms of customer reviews, fraud prevention, user journey experience, business generation, cross sell et al with a constant focus on improvement.
Constantly benchmark platforms against best in class globally to create frictionless client journeys as digital infrastructure matures
Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify business & market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts, and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap
Must be willing to own the backlog of existing digital channels- mobile & net and work on the fulfilment part, as & when required.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years as Product Manager
Desired Skills:
Experience with native mobile apps, PWA & SSO integrations.
Experience of project management using AGILE methodology.
Good understanding of following tools: Jira, Figma, MoEngage, MS Office.
Work experience in the Fintech industry is preferred.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence, collaborate and communicate with internal / external stakeholders.
