Job Purpose


To provide Product level support for Pension business across Defense, Railways, Central and State Govt., and Telecom. Person will be responsible to identify opportunities, develop relevant products and processes, and support and assist the sourcing teams in growing the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY ACTIONABLE

Business Objectives

§ Product Manager- Pensions, will be responsible for scoping and identifying untapped opportunity.

§ Liaison with all verticals especially asset team to understand the offering and campaign suitability for growing pension business

§ Able to prepare BRDs ( Business requirement document ) and other processes based on the guidelines of the relevant department/ministry, for streamlining the process

§ Opportunity tracking and monitoring for various mandates such as telecom, railways and state level pensions

§ Conceptualizing and running drives at product and channel level

§ Tracking success stories and replication of the same

§ Pre-defined monthly / fortnightly /weekly MIS on various parameters like values, numbers, productivity etc.

§ Adhoc MIS on various parameters as per business requirements.

§ Preparation of MD Key Objective Report in consultation with Supervisor.

§ Tracking of Business / Book Movement of pre-defined frequency

§ Tracking of recommendation letter / empanelment / embargo and its revocation.

§ Opportunity sizing of the mandates at the state level

§ Global Mailer, FAQ and Teaser campaigns for Channel and Branches

§ Regular updates to Senior Management on business performance

Product Management

§ Develop relevant products for pension customers based on the guidelines issued by the concerned department/ministry

§ Responsible for exploring new business opportunities in coordination with other teams

§ Identify Channel / Geographies with low throughput and highlight the same to respective teams for increasing customer engagement

§ Work with team on streamlining data and MIS on regular basis

§ Understand and evaluating the competition business strategies

Internal Coordination

§ Marketing support - leverage the marketing team to create collaterals and develop consumer insights e.g. videos and customized digital campaigns to facilitate business

§ Regulatory/Audit/Compliance - Ensure that the product adhere to the regulatory requirements in consultation with audit and compliance

§ BTG Support/Technology - Product development/enhancement basis the feedback received from business teams and customers

Research

§ Regular checking of websites, circulars, and state level opportunity for any changes / updates

§ Ensure clarity and accuracy of data and MIS
