Roles and responsibilities:

• 1. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive retention strategies aimed at maximizing user engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value

• 3. Implement reengagement platforms and tactics to win back dormant users and drive sustained engagement.
• 4. Champion a consumer-centric approach by deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and preferences through user research and feedback analysis.
• 5. Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to analyze user behavior, identify retention opportunities, and inform product decisions.
