Reading and summarizing product documents to stay aligned with what’s being built.
Looking at data to find patterns or issues in how users behave .
Talking to customers to understand and using customer insights and data to recommend changes or improvements that can impact conversion funnel & improve retention.
Working with the product and design teams to document ideas, flows, and next steps clearly.
What We’re Looking For
Structured thinker with a bias for action and problem solving
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Design, Economics, Business, or related fields
Comfortable working with SQL or excited to learn it quickly
Curious about consumer behavior, UX design, product analytics, and user funnels
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus: Experience with tools like Superset, Clevertap, Mixpanel, Notion, Figma, Excel
