The Role


As the Product Manager for Razorpay Rize, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of early-stage startups in India.Razorpay Rize is an exclusive program tailored to the unique needs of emerging startups — from seamless company incorporation to startup-building programs, community support, and deep access to tools and resources. In this role, you will build and manage products designed to help startups thrive from day zero. Your work will directly impact thousands of founders by equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and networks they need to succeed in India’s dynamic startup ecosystem.


Responsibilities


  • Devise Product Strategy: Define both long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and drive tangible impact.
  • Conceptualize New Solutions: Follow a problem-first, data-driven, test-and-iterate approach to product conceptualization. Prioritize platform thinking and long-term scalability.
  • Build Products: Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship high-impact products. Own product specs, scope management, and launch timelines.
  • Launch Products: Craft go-to-market strategies in partnership with Product Marketing. Act as the internal and external champion of your product area.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with Razorpay leadership, banking institutions, and external stakeholders to translate the Core Banking Unit strategy into reality.


Mandatory Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with experience building 0→1 products.
  • Strong customer-first and business-first thinking with a solid understanding of technology.
  • Energetic self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable navigating execution and strategic planning.
  • Strong product sense, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.


Hands-on fluency with “vibe coding” tools like Replit, Lovable, or similar low-code/AI-assisted platforms. You should be comfortable prototyping or even building scrappy MVPs to accelerate product development and experimentation.
