Product Manager Intern at Rivi

Roles and responsibilities:

• Work closely with engineering, design, content, data and testing teams to launch features and solutions that solve customer challenges
• Create PRDs and perform Feature Prioritization as per RICE/MoSCoW/Kano methods
• Ensure Agile Development - Issue Tracking, Sprint Planning, Assigning tasks, Team collaboration
• Conduct User Research and Problem Research to draft solutions
• Define product roadmaps and plan releases
• Ensure customer success and product quality
• Create wireframes and workflows for product features and interactions

What we're looking for in you?

• Knowledge of multiple functional areas - Product Management, Software Development, UX/UI, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
• Understanding of user experience (UX), technology and business challenges
• Attention to detail and ability to document product and business needs
• User-obsession and the ability to translate their needs into product requirements
• Exposure in software development
• Background in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
