The Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) team at Purview owns data lifecycle and compliance management for data across multiple product canvases. As a product manager in this team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for compliance capabilities that deliver exceptional reliability and performance. Your focus will be defining product requirements that enable compliance and data lifecycle management across M365 applications, AI applications including Copilot, Foundry, Agent 365, as well as across other first party and third-party services. You will collaborate closely with engineering and solution teams to facilitate rapid onboarding and maximize customer satisfaction, while continually iterating product features to meet evolving market needs. With our focus on Purview for AI & AI for Purview, your day-to-day job will be at the frontier of AI applications.

Responsibilities


  • Identify customer problems/Product opportunities based on customer interactions and user understanding
  • Define feature specs to clearly map out customer problems with feature requirements and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver features & enhancements and iterate
  • Monitor progress& success of the product/feature throughout the development lifecycle, identifying risks and opportunities, keeping key stakeholders informed


Qualifications


  • 5 + years of experience designing or developing product preferably in the security and/or compliance space
  • Deep sense of customer/user empathy
  • Highly skilled at cross-org collaboration & effective communication across disciplines/groups
  • Technical curiosity and aptitude to quickly master service capabilities, technical issues, business trends, and customer needs
  • Motivated to work with and leverage internationally distributed development teams
  • Bachelor’s + degree in computer science or related fields
