As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and leading the product strategy for AI-driven user interactions, strategically integrating advanced capabilities within an evolving technological landscape. Leverage large language models (LLMs) to advance generative AI technologies, partner with cross-functional teams to navigate products through the entire lifecycle, bridging the technical and business domains.


Responsibilities


Position Responsibilities


  • Directly lead, develop, and coach a team of UX/UI/and Business Analysts, setting clear performance expectations, KPIs, and career development plans. Consistently hold 1:1’s and track performance across the product management team to ensure that organizational goals are met within the specified dates.
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Google Operations user quality ranking systems.
  • Establish product requirements and author comprehensive specifications, partnering with engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features and solutions.
  • Conceptualize and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with business and operations users to drive the successful launch of new products.
  • Optimize the activation funnel by leveraging data and user research to eliminate friction and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Improve new user experience through discovery and promotion of core, differentiated features.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to evaluate product health and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Define key metrics for measuring ranking quality, relevance, and user impact. Design and build test strategy and other experiments to evaluate changes and make data-driven decisions.


Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of overall experience where you have worked on a technical product or project management.
  • 2 years of experience in product management, taking technical products from conception to launch (0 to 1).
  • 2 years of experience in consumer growth, delivering artificial intelligence (AI) products.
  • 1 year of product experience with AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs).


Preferred Qualifications


  • 3 years of people management experience with direct reports.
  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
  • Experience applying Machine Learning (ML) or automated agentic workflows to optimize processes or manage risk.
  • Experience in designing, managing, and refining evaluation methods and success metrics for AI models and AI-powered products, converting performance insights into impactful product enhancements.
  • Knowledge of user perspectives for AI products, with experience identifying pain points and translating user insights into refined and intuitive AI-powered user experiences.
  • Ability to understand and predict emerging AI model capabilities and engage in credible, informed collaborations with technical teams.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to senior leadership, communicating product ideas and strategy.
