We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Manager - Transformation


In This Role, You Will


  • ISO 20022 is reshaping payments and reporting for Corporate and Financial Institution (FI) clients globally. This role owns the end-to-end delivery and commercialization of ISO 20022-enabled payment initiation and ISO standards-based reporting (statements and advices), delivered through corporate banking channels including SWIFT, host-to-host (e.g., Net Connect) and APIs. 
  • The role also owns key client-facing artefacts such as Message Implementation Guides (MIGs) and leads Production Verification Testing (PVT) to ensure safe, high-quality releases into production. 
  • Accountable for delivery starting with Requirements and Funding, all the way through delivery and managing client experience. Responsible in supporting and guiding the Product owner to manage the product backlog and roadmap for ISO 20022 across payment initiation and reporting by prioritizing delivery based on client value, risk, and feasibility. 
  • Act as Product Owner in agile delivery: define epics/user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans; lead ceremonies and manage dependencies. Lead requirements and delivery for ISO 20022 payment initiation (e.g., pain.001) and reporting/advices (e.g., camt.052/053/054), including enriched data and structured remittance. 
  • Drive channel capabilities and client experience across SWIFT, Net Connect/host-to-host, and APIs (acknowledgements, status, error handling, documentation, onboarding). 
  • Own and maintain MIGs, mapping rules, validation rules, and client onboarding artefacts; manage versioning and change control aligned to internal processing and market/scheme requirements. 
  • Own PVT: define scope and entry/exit criteria, coordinate execution with Technology and Operations, manage defect triage, and secure go-live readiness/sign-offs. 
  • Partner with Payments Operations to improve STP, exception handling, investigations, returns/recalls, reconciliation, and client servicing processes. 
  • Partner with Infrastructure/Service Management to improve availability, monitoring, incident/problem management, capacity planning, and operational readiness (runbooks, SLAs, support model). Support commercialisation for corporates and FIs: packaging, pricing inputs, value proposition, sales enablement, and adoption tracking. 
  • Ensure strong governance and compliance alignment (e.g., AML/sanctions impacts, data privacy, auditability, record retention). Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to connect with stakeholders across geographies and functions. 



To Be Successful You Will


  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in payments/transaction banking change, with hands-on delivery as a Product Owner and Business Analyst. 
  • Strong exposure to corporate banking channels: SWIFT, host-to-host (Net Connect or equivalent), and APIs. Working knowledge of ISO 20022 for payment initiation and reporting (pain/camt), including mapping/validation and migration from legacy formats. 
  • Proven experience producing and governing client-facing specifications, including Message Implementation Guides (MIGs). Experience owning or coordinating Production Verification Testing (PVT) and go-live readiness (scope, execution coordination, defect triage, sign-offs). 
  • Demonstrable experience defining and delivering NFRs (e.g., resilience, performance, security, monitoring, operability) in partnership with Technology/Infrastructure. 
  • Solid understanding of payments operations and infrastructure: STP, exceptions, investigations, cut-offs, reconciliation, service resilience, and controls. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and Sales. 
  • Experience commercialising B2B payments/reporting propositions for corporates and FIs (pricing, packaging, sales enablement) is beneficial. Familiarity with SWIFT migration concepts (MT to MX) and API eventing/webhooks patterns is advantageous. 
  • Experience with ISO 20022 data enrichment/structured remittance and reconciliation-led propositions is desirable. Exposure to ITIL/SRE practices, operational risk management, audit engagement, or regulatory-driven delivery is beneficial. 
  • Experience working across multiple regions/markets in a global operating model is preferred. 
  • The job holder must be proactive, able to comprehend, evaluate and offer clear, timely and reliable analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders, and communicate this effectively; capability to balance shifting priorities over multiple work-strands and working under tight time pressure is important.
