Onboarding of new businesses on to the nector platform. This involves setting up the account and adding various nector offerings to the business' online store.
Provide technical support and assist in claifying various queries of the businesses.
Help the customer success team with any technical assistance.
Help improve the product by understanding the pain points of the end users.
Work with the developement team to help make Nector as easy-to-use as possible for the end users.
Skills
Well versed with web technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, REST APIs, DOM.
Good debugging skills of a webpage using the browser's dev tools.
Familiarity with the Shopify platform, liquid templates, APIs, etc. is a plus.
