Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for personal training as a comprehensive product offering, ensuring seamless integration across our digital and physical platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, thereby informing product development and innovation.
  • Define and refine user personas for personal training, leveraging insights to optimize customer journeys and enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, analytics, engineering, format, and operations, to create and implement omnichannel experiences that cater to both end users and personal trainers.
  • Establish performance metrics for product initiatives and track progress to ensure alignment with business objectives and subscriber growth targets.
  • Innovate and iterate on product features and services to improve user satisfaction and retention rates.


Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in product management, specifically within consumer-facing applications.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a highly regarded Tier 1 institution is preferred.
  • Strong quantitative skills with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive decision-making and product development.
