In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Design and execute strategic product and marketing initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives.
Own and drive implementation of the product roadmap, including new product development, portfolio optimization, and product enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of product strategies across TOV and CBL SBUs.
Support the Emerson planning process from an SBU perspective, contributing insights and data-driven recommendations.
Conduct competitor assessments, margin analysis, and gross profit evaluations to inform strategic decisions.
Perform regional pricing analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve competitiveness and profitability.
Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams, including the Global ISV organization, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
