Overview

Microsoft Digital (MSD) builds and manages the critical products and services that Microsoft runs on. We boldly pursue big ideas that power transformational advances at Microsoft and for our customers, while helping Microsoft teams work smarter, faster, and more securely every day. Microsoft Digital employees have deep technical and business expertise, customer insights, and a clear point of view that comes from first-hand, large-scale experience with Microsoft and industry solutions. We are engineers, technology leaders and experts, digital transformation change agents, and customer advocates.

We have exciting opportunities for you to innovate, influence, transform, inspire, and grow within our organization and we encourage you to apply to learn more!

Within MSD, the Enterprise Digital Asset Platform (eDAP) is the team that keeps Microsoft's own digital workplace safe and well organized. Every day people here create millions of things: team sites, shared files, chat spaces, databases, apps, and now AI agents that act on their own. Each one needs someone responsible for it, the right privacy setting, the right people with access, and a sensible point at which it gets cleaned up. Across an estate this size is countless hours of manual work in a traditional enterprise, and it still falls behind. This is where eDAP comes in.

Our platform does that tracking instead. It continuously watches for problems, works out which ones genuinely matter, and either fixes them automatically or brings the owner one clear recommendation they can approve in a single click. We are building it so that staying secure feels like something the company handles for you, rather than another job on your list.

We have exciting opportunities for you to innovate, influence, transform, inspire, and grow within our organization, and we encourage you to apply to learn more.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
