Responsibilities


  • Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap: You help set strategic vision and the roadmaps needed to get there. Translate complex security risks into actionable product direction and outcomes.
  • Security Uplift Leadership: Drive large-scale uplift efforts focused on embedding proactive and reactive controls into engineering workflows and platforms. Champion detection, enforcement, and automation to reduce security vulnerabilities at scale.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, developers, BISO, security, compliance teams and other internal collaborators to align on outcomes, accelerate delivery, and build adoption. Lead complex cross-org initiatives with clarity and influence.
  • Execution & Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery - from roadmap and prioritization to launch and measurement. Focus on usability, scalability, and measurable risk reduction in every release.


Minimum Qualifications


  • 10+ years in technical product management or a similar role
  • Understanding of secure software development practices and the SDLC
  • Experience with security tooling such as SAST, DAST, secret scanning, container security, or IaC scanning
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional, cross-org programs from concept to execution
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, including experience working with executive stakeholders
  • Bias for action, customer-centered mindset, and a passion for scalable impact


Preferred Qualifications


  • 1-3+ years experience in product management roles focused on DevSecOps, application security, or developer platforms
  • Experience building and scaling security controls in CI/CD pipelines and developer ecosystems
  • Familiarity with shift-left security, enforcement automation, and runtime detection strategies
  • Experience managing a product portfolio or defining platform-wide security strategy
