Job Description


  • Define, communicate, and drive the refinement of the Product Roadmap, aligning strategy with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product life cycle, from concept and development to launch and iteration.
  • Prioritize the product roadmap, including a clear understanding of requirements, resources, execution timelines, and impact.
  • Drive a consistently groomed product backlog in partnership with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Lead stakeholder communication by consistently communicating priority decisions, associated trade-offs, and clear visions to management and other stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data science, sales, and marketing to orchestrate the delivery of high-impact product solutions.
  • Author requirements and features based on the voice of the customer, independently translating product strategy into execution by leading client feedback and Voice of Customer (VOC) meetings.
  • Identify customer problems and workflow opportunities where AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies can unlock product capabilities and measurable business value.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to implement AI-powered solutions using appropriate approaches and tools, including machine learning, model orchestration, and MCP.
  • Establish clear product requirements, success metrics, guardrails, and evaluation criteria for AI functionality, including quality, reliability, explainability, performance, and user adoption.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the product initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient and effective product development processes, including agile methodologies and best practices.


Qualifications


  • 10–12 years of experience with recognized expertise in product management.
  • Expertise in primary research/survey methodologies and data collection techniques.
  • Familiarity with complex data methodologies to combine data assets into products, alongside experience with big data analytics and data flows.
  • Modern AI Aptitude: Familiarity with AI product development concepts (e.g., model evaluation, prompt design, human-in-the-loop systems) and a strong eagerness to apply them. You are comfortable using AI tools to support requirements, UX designs, and documentation to increase speed-to-market and requirement quality.
  • Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities to drive complex initiatives and cross-functional projects. You excel at guiding collaborative teams, mentoring others, and leveraging analytical thinking to solve difficult problems and deliver high-impact results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex research and technical concepts, anticipate potential objections, and influence others.
  • Knowledge of project and product management tools like Jira and Aha.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or specialized certifications strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the Audience Measurement / Media industry is a plus.
