Who You Are We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the Critical Start Technologies Private Ltd. team, operating under the Critical Start umbrella, for our India operations. This is a technical, internally facing Product Management role in the Product Management Team at Critical Start, Pune. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B security software or SaaS environments, with a strong foundation in platform product management, integrations, and security tooling ecosystems. You will be responsible for shaping the roadmap and delivery of platform capabilities including Asset Inventory, Service Appliance, Integrations, and the Vulnerability Management offering on the CORR platform.


You will work closely with engineering, UX, operations, and technical enablement teams to define requirements, drive feature delivery, and ensure that platform capabilities meet the needs of internal stakeholders and service delivery teams. This role requires hands-on technical depth, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex platform concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.


This ro le is designated as a hybrid position. You are required to have a reliable high-speed internet connection, the ability to participate in video meetings, and a dedicated home office or private workspace suitable for professional work. As the position involves collaboration with U.S.-based teams and clients, you will be expected to work during overlapping hours with U.S. business hours, as guided by your manager.


What You Will Be Doing? In this role, you will be responsible for driving impact by contributing to our product function. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply your expertise to real-world challenges, and deliver solutions that improve outcomes for customers worldwide. Your day-to-day will include the following responsibilities:


  • Lead ideation, prioritization, and detailed specification of platform features across all CORR platform offerings
  • Write clear, actionable product requirements including scope, acceptance criteria, and the business rationale behind each feature so that purpose and intended outcomes are understood by all stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering teams; serve as the primary liaison between product and engineering, translating platform vision into actionable development plans
  • Define and evolve the platform UI/UX experience in close collaboration with design and engineering, including wireframing, workflow design, and usability validation using Figma
  • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables including Technical Publications (internal and end-user documentation), Technical Enablement (operational and presales teams), and translate platform capabilities into customer benefits for Marketing teams
  • Stay current on the evolving landscape of EDR, XDR, SIEM, and vulnerability management tooling; translate insights into platform improvements and integration opportunities
  • Work with Critical Start leaders across India and the U.S.
  • Establish product goals, objectives, and KPIs; measure performance and drive continuous improvement of platform capabilities
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English; produce clear documentation, requirement specifications, and stakeholder communications
  • Work independently, meet targets and deadlines, and incorporate performance feedback with a continuous improvement mindset


Key Product Areas: Asset and Identity Inventory


  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Inventory capabilities on the CORR platform
  • Define requirements for discovery, classification, enrichment, and lifecycle management for assets and identities
  • Drive integrations that enrich asset context from EDR, XDR, SIEM, and vulnerability scanner data sources
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure Inventory capability meets service delivery needs


Integrations


  • Define and drive the integration strategy for the CORR platform with third-party security tools
  • Work with engineering to ensure robust, scalable API-based integrations and connector frameworks
  • Maintain current knowledge of the EDR/XDR/SIEM landscape to influence integration prioritization and design decisions
  • Own the Integrations Self Service UI for customers and internal users
  • Own integrations of ITSM tools like Jira / ServiceNow with CORR and support onboarding of new customers


Service Appliance


  • Define requirements for the on-premises Service Appliance component of the CORR platform
  • Work with engineering to ensure the appliance supports deployment, migration, connectivity, and data collection use cases
  • Translate internal operational needs into actionable product requirements for appliance capabilities and management workflows


Vulnerability Management and Prioritization (CORR Platform)


  • Own the Vulnerability offering on the CORR platform as a core component of the platform roadmap
  • Define requirements for vulnerability data ingestion, normalization, prioritization workflows, and reporting within the platform
  • Collaborate with internal service delivery teams to align vulnerability features with operational workflows and use cases

Required Qualifications: Experience & Background


  • 5-8 years of experience in technical product management, platform product management, or a closely related SME or delivery role within a B2B security or SaaS company, with a total of 8–12 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Demonstrated experience owning platform or integration-focused product areas with internal technical stakeholders as primary customers
  • Experience defining UI/UX workflows and collaborating closely with design teams on platform interfaces
  • Strong business and quantitative analysis skills to define, measure, and improve key performance indicators
  • Prior solution or service delivery experience with demonstrated ability to listen, build empathy, and represent the needs of internal stakeholders
  • This role is designated as a hybrid position.   • Experience working with AI and LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude to support product management deliverables


Preferred Qualifications: Experience & Background

  • Prior experience working with security product or services companies, or managing integrations with EDR, XDR, or SIEM tools


Technical Knowledge


  • Working knowledge of vulnerability management concepts, CVE frameworks, and threat intelligence; hands-on experience with Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7
  • Familiarity with EDR/XDR/SIEM platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Splunk, or Microsoft Sentinel
