You will work at the intersection of retail media, data, AI/ML, campaign strategy, and product development.

This is a hands-on product leadership role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and building tools that help internal teams and advertisers make more confident decisions, while translating complex signals into intuitive plans, and experiences

You will partner closely with engineering, data science, analytics, sales, media strategy, operations, and product teams to define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for products that help Roundel deliver more effective, and measurable advertising outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for cross-channel targeting and media intelligence capabilities within Roundel.
  • Build products that help users identify high-value targeting opportunities and next best actions across audiences, contextual signals, keywords, products, categories, and channels.
  • Translate complex data signals, model outputs, and business rules into clear, actionable recommendations that users can understand, trust, and act on.
  • Define how targeting insights and media signals should support planning, optimization, and performance storytelling across the campaign lifecycle.
  • Create product experiences that help users understand not only what happened, but what to do next and why.
  • Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Media Strategy, Operations, and Product teams to define, build, launch, and scale intelligent product experiences.
  • Work closely with technical partners to shape recommendation logic, product requirements, quality standards, feedback loops, and success metrics.
  • Prioritize product investments based on advertiser needs, business value, technical feasibility, user adoption, and measurable impact.
  • Partner with Sales and Media Strategy teams to understand how recommendations are used in advertiser conversations, planning workflows, and campaign decision-making.
  • Partner with Measurement and Analytics teams to evaluate product adoption, recommendation effectiveness, and business outcomes.
  • Drive product discovery, roadmap planning, requirements definition, execution, launch readiness, and ongoing iteration.
  • Champion trust, explainability, usability, and responsible use of data and AI in product experiences.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and align teams around a clear product vision, priorities, and delivery plan.

About You

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in retail media, AdTech, MarTech, data products, AI/ML products, recommendation systems, decisioning platforms, or digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts such as audiences, contextual signals, keyword strategy, product-level signals, campaign objectives, media planning, optimization, and measurement.
  • Experience building products that use data, models, rules, or recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear user experiences, product requirements, and business outcomes.
  • Strong product judgment around trust, explainability, prioritization, and usability.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving product spaces where strategy, user needs, and technical capabilities are still being shaped.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional partners around a clear product direction.
  • A bias for action, curiosity, structured problem-solving, and a passion for building products that create measurable impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail media, commerce media, sponsored products, display advertising, or marketplace advertising.
  • Experience with targeting, audience strategy, media planning, campaign optimization, or performance marketing.
  • Experience with recommendation systems, next-best-action products, personalization, decisioning platforms, or AI-powered product experiences.
  • Experience building products for both internal business users and external customers.
  • Experience with experimentation, attribution, incrementality, or closed-loop learning.
