Responsibilities:
● Develop a deep understanding of current and future customer, and business needs. Translating that into a solid vision and proposition.
● Own the strategy and roadmap for your product to deliver against those needs.
● Work with your team of designers, developers, testers to design and deliver experiences which delight our customers, partners and our colleagues. You’ll also be fine to throw away ideas that simply don’t work.
● Communicate with your key stakeholders to keep them up to date and bought into your product phasing and development
● Collect, understand, and communicate the business requirements for Products and Services by translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
● Work with Product Teams to estimate backlog items and ensure optimal flow through the delivery process.
● Gather, analyze, and report on usage data to benchmark and measure the performance of the product.
● Write, review and take responsibility for clear, concise and comprehensive technical documentation.
Your skills and experience:
You will be working with our product teams, architects and principals to shape the future of this core platform capability. We expect you to have strong analytical skills, understand technology and be able to collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
● 2-3 years of relevant experience experience working as a technical product manager
● Past experience of building B2C/B2B products and managing team members with an understanding of their technical architecture.
● Worked for users who are trying to solve their complex use-cases using no code-low code software.
● Robust business analysis skills, techniques including writing user stories, acceptance criteria and documenting technical requirements.
● Solid experience of modelling system workflows, components and data models.
● Experience communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels within organizations.
● Confident personality to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization.
● Ability to simplify complex problems into component parts and evaluate systematically.
● Evidence of problem solving and providing creative solutions.
Desirable Skills:
● Experience of working on technical systems.
● Significant experience with SQL, JavaScript, and APIs. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to speak the language of caching layers, databases, and pull requests
● Prefer technical and customer-facing backgrounds
