Primary Responsibilities


  • Collecting and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources
  • Applying knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics
  • Recognizing patterns, identifying opportunities, posing business questions, and making valuable discoveries
  • Designing, developing, and evaluating predictive and prescriptive models and advanced algorithms
  • Using analytics and statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, Hadoop, and others to perform analysis and interpret data
  • Producing innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from unstructured, diverse datasets
  • Developing tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids, and business case analysis
  • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements, and demonstrate tools, solutions, and analysis
  • Supporting short and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analytics
  • Communicating findings in business language and presenting recommendation
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications


  • Educational Background: A degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
  • Data Manipulation: Experience with data manipulation and ETL software such as Alteryx, SSIS
  • Machine Learning: Practical experience in applying machine learning algorithms and techniques
  • Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical methods and their applications
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with tools like Hadoop
  • Data Visualization: Proven skills in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
