The Role

As a Founding Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological foundation of our company and contribute to our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of our core product, collaborating closely with the founding team to define and execute the technical vision.

2. Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions that align with business objectives.

3. Work in an agile and iterative development environment, adapting quickly to evolving requirements and priorities.

4. Build and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

5. Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a software engineer, preferably in a startup environment.

2. Expertise in JavaScript or Java or Python.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions for complex challenges.

4. Experience with scaling systems and infrastructure to support business growth.

5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
