Job Qualifications And Requirements

Although there are no formal educational requirements for this role of Frontend Web Developer Intern at Openthrive, experience in the field will be expected. Knowledge of the following is a requirement:

• Good understanding of data structures
• Good understanding of semantic HTML
• Strong foundation in CSS and Javascript
• Strong understanding of React fundamentals
• Good eye for design and basic understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Aside from these skills, there are a number of qualities that you must possess as a Frontend Web Developer Intern at Openthrive:

• At least 1 year of experience in working with web development field
• Intermediate to expert level understanding of REACT principles and concepts
• Experience with state management, react hooks etc.
• Experience with any react frameworks
• Experience in working with any popular CMS (headless or traditional)

Duties And Responsibilities

As a Frontend Web Developer Intern, your duties include:

• Writing efficient code
• Creating websites using standard HTML/CSS, React, Next.js practices
• Working closely with designers and marketers to produce the website
• Constant communication with other colleagues to develop and deploy their content – and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe
• Work quickly and carefully to complete small edits requested by customers, collaborate with colleagues, and suggest new solutions to improve existing websites
