About the role

• Building a responsive web app
• Creating a custom video editing player
• Interactive Dashboard visualizations
• Integrating third party tools to the frontend plugging in to the AI powered engine
• Creating NoSQL database schemas and query optimisations
• Static website improvements
• Maintain Frontends as well as their underlying backend services
• Carrying out Unit, Integration and Load testing, code reviews and documentation
• Investigating alternative technologies for architectural review
• Work on developing and maintaining our CI/CD infrastructure
• Hold presentations to share knowledge about latest technical advancements
• Possibility to mentor interns to move to a lead position

Requirements

• Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and problem solving (Leetcode and Hackerrank scores are good to have but fundamentals of Maps, Trees and Graphs are important)
• Experience with programming in NextJS, ReactJS, AngularJS, Redux, JavaScript, Typescript
• Technical knowledge of developing front ends using HTML5, CSS, SAAS/LESS
• Experience using Flask/Django, NodeJS, AWS
• Experience building responsive UI
• Experience translating UX mockups to CSS
• Experience building full-stack web apps and frontend development frameworks
• Know-how of best practices and design patterns
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Mongo/Redis)
• Experience with Python, Java, Ruby, or similar server-side language
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Ability to write modular, high-performant and clean code
• Self-starter & ability to work independently
• Ownership, excellent communication and strong organizational skills
