Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on technical issues and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to drive the development process from concept to delivery.
• Full Stack Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full stack applications.
• Write well-documented, clean, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Ensure the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Architecture and Design:
• Participate in architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring that the solutions align with business goals and scalability requirements.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software architectures.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance:
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with coding standards.
• Implement and enforce best practices related to coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management, providing regular updates on project progress.

Skills required:-

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 5 plus years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.) and back-end technologies Node.js
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
• Solid understanding of database design and management MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud platform AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Looking for a person heavy on back - end with Node.js is compulsory.
