The Role

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively in a fast-growing startup building products and services for positive social impact.
• Implementing an elegant, intuitive user experience using the latest front-end technologies.
• Implementing server-side code and designing the data architecture using modern web frameworks.
• Write, test, and release world-class, production-ready code.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience building web-scale, highly available backends for web and/or mobile.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field a plus.
• 1-year experience with Django, Celery, and Django REST Framework or analogous frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Comfort with Linux (Debian) environments.
