Role and Responsibilities
High levels of ownership for the learning content being created
Create the best learning content with a razor sharp focus on improving learner outcomes. This should also ensure career outcomes for the learners
Design learning content for learners in-line with Crio’s Learn By Doing methodology
Pick up necessary technologies and concepts required for the courses
Work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure industry relevant topics are covered in a practical way
Explore new learning constructs and teaching methodologies to ensure better learning outcomes and engagement
Design slide decks for activity-based sessions to be delivered by our Instructors and make any improvements based on feedback
Get a good grip on the platform aspects of content creation (learning constructs, content creation templates, assessments etc)
Define ways to measure learning outcomes and strive for continuous improvement
Analyze feedback from learners, mentors, creators and interviews, and address them to take the learning content and user experience to the next level
Be a problem solver - view the content from a learner’s perspective and bring meticulous attention to solving problems they may face, so that they can focus on learning
Qualifications and Experience
Passionate about learning new topics, helping others learn and changing lives
Ability to clearly articulate a technical concept/topic in a beginner friendly manner
Have worked on a variety of projects spanning multiple aspects of software development (eg: Web development, Data Science, Cloud/DevOps, Frameworks/Libraries)
Comfortable coding in at least two languages and conscious of code quality
Experience building applications at product companies
Previous learning content creation experience, blogs, videos or EdTech related contributions is desirable
Mentoring experience is a plus
Having a strong Github profile and open source contributions are a plus
