SDE - Intern (Backend) at OneAssure

The Role

OneAssure is determined to build the next generation of insurance discovery, purchase, and service experiences.

Your work will drive the future of OneAssure’s engineering strategy and roadmap in our mission to disrupt how insurance is experienced in India.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-tier, scalable, high-volume, performant, and reliable user-centric applications that operate 24x7.
• Identify, leverage, and successfully evangelise opportunities to improve engineering productivity.
• Takes responsibility for the quality of your own code.
• Be a key participant in the Agile process.
• Produce detailed documentation.
• Must be open to contribute as a full-stack engineer (Frontend - Next.js / React)

Qualifications

• Good with problem solving and knowledge of Data structures
• Experience in building and shipping microservices (REST API based) (preferably in python)
• Proficiency with any database system - RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) (or) NoSQL Databases (Mongo, DynamoDB)
• Knowledge on AWS is an add-on.
• Ability to write modular, reusable, and clean code.
• Comfortable with ticket management and documentation.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Candidates who have completed their Bachelors or in their final semester can apply.
