Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop business-critical solutions leveraging cloud-based services on AWS/Azure.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional IT teams including Business Solution Analysts, QA, Release Management, and Operations throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Architect, build, and unit test integrations using modern frameworks and technologies, ensuring compliance with coding and quality standards.
  • Work with QA teams to validate integrations and partner with Operations to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
  • Participate in solution design reviews, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code within agreed project timelines.
  • Continuously explore and adopt development tools powered by artificial intelligence (e.g., Cursor.ai, Copilot, Agentic AI) to streamline and accelerate the software development process.
  • Contribute to Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and ensure smooth delivery of sprint commitments.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and frameworks (primarily Spring Boot).
  • Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Proven expertise in developing and scaling cloud-native services on AWS or Azure.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one modern UI framework (React.js preferred).
  • Solid understanding of SQL and database design principles.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex systems and identifying multiple solutions.
  • Exposure to AI-powered coding and automation tools to enhance productivity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly.
