Job Profile:

Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of backend features and services end to end. Translate product and business requirements into reliable, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
Write clean, well-structured, testable code with a strong focus on long-term maintainability.
Practice test-driven development and ensure adequate unit, integration, and regression test coverage.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement durable fixes.
Proactively identify risks related to reliability, stability, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
Take full accountability for owned features, including design decisions, delivery timelines, quality, monitoring, and post-release stability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards, best practices, and team processes.

Must-Have Skills

Strong proficiency in either Golang or Python.
Solid backend engineering experience with the ability to build reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, especially in complex or production-critical scenarios.
Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of features or services.
Strong understanding of software reliability, stability, observability, and operational excellence.
Hands-on experience with test-driven development, automated testing, and writing high-quality test cases.
