The Sales Planning and Product Management team, within Enterprise Data & AI Enablement, delivers enterprise-scale Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and performance management solutions leveraging industry-leading platforms such as Anaplan and Pigment. Our solutions support sales territory planning, account assignments, quota management, and goal cascading across the organization. By enabling streamlined sales hierarchy management, territory design, account allocation, and target setting, we help drive sales readiness and seamless integration with sales coverage and compensation systems. Our mission is to empower sales teams with accurate targets, actionable insights, and intelligent planning capabilities that accelerate revenue growth.


Your Impact


As a Full Stack AI Developer, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications that enhance user experience, automate business processes, and deliver intelligent solutions for the Sales Planning domain.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement AI-driven applications using modern Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Design and build intelligent assistants, chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automation solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Integrate AI services and APIs, including Claude, OpenAI, MCP Servers, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, and other emerging AI platforms.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval techniques.
  • Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot solutions to evaluate emerging AI technologies and their business impact.
  • Develop scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Create technical design documents, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and user-facing documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, coding standards, DevOps processes, and AI development methodologies.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, software engineering, and cloud technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
  • Work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with upto 3 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using modern frontend and backend technologies.
  • Strong experience in Python development and AI/Generative AI technologies.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions.
