Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, test, and support technical components within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Run technical workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and map business processes to system capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into robust system specifications and end‑to‑end solutions; ensure adherence to documented development standards and Oracle “best practice” methods.
  • Support and enhance existing solutions , troubleshoot issues, and deliver continuous improvements.
  • Build integrations and reports (e.g., HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, APIs) and automate data flows using approved tooling.
  • Implement and maintain security (roles, approvals, policies) across HCM modules; contribute to governance and access controls.


Requirements


  • Oracle Fusion HCM: mid-to-senior‑level background; meaningful hands‑on delivery in Fusion HCM.
  • HCM domain expertise: one or more areas such as Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting (ORC), Talent Management, Security , Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Journeys
  • Redwood UI: Strong expertise with Oracle's Visual Builder Studio and the new Redwood UI capabilities.
  • Database/engineering skills: strong PL/SQL and SQL ; ability to build complex components and fast formulas .
  • Integrations & reporting: extensive work with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher ; experience with approval workflows and related orchestration.
  • APIs & automation: Fusion HCM / ORC REST API experience, plus familiarity with modern agile tooling.
  • Collaboration & delivery: excellent communication, ownership, and the ability to operate in a multi‑tasked environment with periods of pressure.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
