Software Engineer, Integrations, Enterprise Apps at Coinbase

What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)

• Automate, build and support integrations between Enterprise applications, platforms and tools.
• Solve complex integration challenges by developing and adopting best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Units and engineering teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Create and support ETL processes to drive business analytics
• Improve and build solutions to address architectural gaps or technical debt
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Check in and deploy code and configurations; participate in release management
• Participate in story planning, standups and retrospective
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to other team members as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve integration processes.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide input on integration strategies and solutions.
• Be on rotation duty for product support

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

• At least 2 years of experience in software development, proficient in one or more programming languages such as Core Java, Python, or Go Lang.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with integration platforms like Workato, designing and developing recipes and APIs.
• Basic understanding of any ETL tool.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AWS and Airflow
• Experience in ETL tools like Apache Airflow (or similar) for synchronizing large data volumes between systems, and connecting APIs and databases.
• Knowledge of Salesforce streaming events
