You have:

• Windows System Administration & Development with related tools.
• Good understanding about AD(Active Directory) , GPO (Group Policy Object), RDS(Remote Desktop Service)
• Window upgrade/installation knowhow with automation skills.
• Hands on expertise in scripting languages like Perl, Power Shell, VB, Python, Batch scripting
• Windows Security and Authentication Configuration.
• Knowledge in IP Networking and Load balancing.
• Extensive knowledge about Citix configuration and deployment(CTXDC, VDA).
• Knowledge on virtualization (VMWare and OpenStack)
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Pro-active identification of improvement areas, tools, etc.

Good to have:

• Good Communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Should be able to coach/mentor team members in technical areas
