Technical Lead at Thence

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, build & lead a high performing tech team
• Work with the core leadership team across divisions to identify new opportunities in tech to lead & grow the tech business unit
• Lead the execution of multiple technical projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and quality adherence.
• Dive into different programming languages to solve coding, testing, and deployment challenges.
• Collaborate with the sales team in generating technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Define and drive team goals, performance metrics, and SOPs for process efficiency.
• Provide status updates to the leadership team on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with organizational goals.

Skills Required:

• Full-stack expertise in Flutter/Reactjs/Node.js.
• Proficiency in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with development tools (Visual Studio Code, Git, JIRA).
