All courses start with articulating a set of course aims or goals that are intended to be realized by learners by the end of the course. An impactful course has clear and achievable outcomes defined for its learners. Navneet Sharma

Navneet is a co-founder at Airtribe. He has worked very closely with Airtribe instructors over close to 20 cohorts. He will bring his knowledge of cohort-based courses and lessons in community building, defining learner outcomes, and program design from previous courses to help the Launchpad participants launch their own courses.

Saurav Ghosh

Saurav has helped design and deliver courses that have impacted over 30,000 learners from ages 5 to 50. Starting his career as a music professor and then Associate Dean at the True School of Music for six years, he brings his background in creative arts and skill-based learning to every aspect of his work.
