About the course
“Lead a Design Team” is a 5-week cohort-based course to help senior designers transition into a Design Lead role. This program consists of live classes, peer discussions, and group projects. In addition, the 1-1 coaching sessions will help you in identifying your career moves. By the end of this course, you will be better prepared to transition into a Design Lead role and understand what it takes to succeed.
